Novaru (In Ru'an: Ru'Nove) is a huge Ru'Harem city built over the impact crater left on Ru'un after the collision of Lua. The city, which was intended to become home for the first wave of Ru'Harem to colonise Ru'un, was subsequently locked down after its completion to allow humans to naturally evolve on Ru'un and Earth.
The name Novaru comes from Ru'Nove, simply meaning New Ru, reffering of course to the ancient Ru'Harem homeworld Ru.
